1. Log into your Cardpointe account (www.cardpointe.com)
2. Navigate to the "Reporting" tab
3. Click on the transaction you wish to refund
4. Click "Refund"
9. Enter the amount you want to refund and submit
You won't be able to refund any amount relating to the transaction until the status is listed as "Processed". If the transaction says "Captured", you'll need to wait to process the refund.
