Invoices are used to track any records of payment or refund.
1. You can access invoices for any sales order by opening the sales order and going to the invoices tab.
2. Here you will see an overview of all invoices created along with a notation of credit or debit.
3. Any invoice can be re-opened and then there will be options to email a copy or print a copy, if needed.
4. Each invoice will also show any transactions that previously took place in addition to the transaction that took place on that invoice.
5. If you toggle to the payments and refunds tab you will see the same information as invoices, it will just be separated out into payments vs refunds. You can access any invoice from this page too.
Note: If you have a Quickbooks Integration it's imperative that all invoices match the payments and refunds
