How to split fulfillment types

After multiple items have been added to the Sales Order and you proceed to the delivery step you will see a two delivery options.

a. Apply the same fulfillment method to all items

b.. Apply different fulfillment method to each item

2. Selecting Apply the same fulfillment method to all items allows all items on the order to be fulfilled in the exact same manner - from inventory, pickup, delivery or direct from the manufacture. This option has a consolidated view where you need to select either a location (for items in inventory) or a single delivery address.

3. Selecting Apply different fulfillment method to each item means someone may want to take an inventoried item home same day, ship certain items directly from the vendor, have the items delivered from the store, or any combination of these options, proceed by selecting the second option. This option then breaks out each item into a separate section and you can choose the fulfilment type on an item by item level.

Note: The available fulfillment methods may vary based on whether the item is in inventory or a special order.

4. Once each item has a fulfillment method selected click Review & Confirm to proceed to the next step.

5. Continue to process the order with any associated discounts, deposits and payments.
