1. Open the sales order and click Cancel Items from the top of the page.
2. Select the item to cancel.
3. The item will appear on the cancellation list.
4. Click on the 3 dots to the right of the item and select New Return.
5. Select the item to return to inventory.
6. If the customer needs a new item to replace the returned item refer to Creating an Exchange (add link when doc is created)
sage/jake it seems like this workflow would prevent a user from creating the refund. is that the desired behavior?
