*How to sell a custom product (optional)

1. Begin by clicking + New Sales Order.

2. Scroll down to the Items section and click Add Custom Order Product.  

3. A side panel will open and you will have 2 options

**Option 1: ** Copy data from an existing product

**Option 2: ** Create a brand new product by entering a name and filling in all required fields

4. If you want to copy from an existing product search for the item. 

5. The data will be prefilled. However, you can modify any fields and choose to save the new sku into the catalog, if desired. 

6. For a brand new item fill out the following required fields: Name, Vendor, Price, and any optional fields. Then click Submit.

7. You will see the new custom item populate on the SO with all spec information that was input in addition to the price you set. The Special Order toggle will also be enabled automatically. 

8. Once you have created and added all custom items to the sales order click __Delivery__ to proceed with processing the order.
